Agentic solutions for trading operations.

At Cogniticks we build AI operations infrastructure for businesses behind financial markets trading, unifying the fragmented systems firms already run into one integrated layer of agentic resources, so manual work stops growing as the business grows. Built by people who have run those operations.

The problem

Every business behind financial markets trading runs on the same shape of operation: a trading platform, a CRM, payment rails, onboarding and KYC, risk rules, support, reconciliation and reporting. The systems are bought separately and were never designed to talk to each other. The gaps between them are filled by people doing the same checks, transfers and hand-offs by hand, every day, and the work grows with every new client and every new system.

What Cogniticks does

Cogniticks replaces that layer with agentic resources: agents that read from every system the firm already runs, act inside defined rules, and hand the decision to a person only where a rule cannot decide. Rules first, AI only where rules cannot. Every action is logged; nothing that moves money runs without approval.

In one sentence: the post-trade operations of a firm, rebuilt as supervised agents on the platform the firm already runs.

What we cover

  • Real-time rule and risk enforcement
  • Payout and settlement automation
  • Onboarding and KYC orchestration
  • Support agents with live account access
  • Revenue operations on the existing CRM
  • Reconciliation and reporting
  • Permissioned agent layers over MetaTrader 5, exchange and CRM systems
  • The integration between them

Services in detail

  • Real-time rule and risk enforcement. Per-tick evaluation against the firm's rule set, with pre-trade gating, on MetaTrader 5. Breaches are caught when they happen, not the morning after.
  • Behavioural risk. Flags abuse patterns such as HFT abuse, martingale, grid, latency arbitrage, copy-trading rings and multi-account collusion. Each review decision comes with an evidence pack the trader and the dispute body can both see.
  • Payout and settlement automation. Exactly-once payout execution with a behavioural screen before release and a hash-chained proof-of-payment audit trail. Payouts are drafted for approval.
  • IB and affiliate commission runs. Commission runs on schedule with pre-release checks and partner-facing statements. Overpayments are caught before the money goes out.
  • Settlement and allocation cover. Chases unallocated and unaffirmed trades, validates settlement instructions against the golden source, drafts confirmations and flags funding gaps overnight. Faster settlement without a night shift.
  • Onboarding, KYC and KYT orchestration. Moves applications through onboarding and KYC across the systems the firm already runs, and detects stalled applications before revenue sits in the queue.
  • Support agents that act. Agents with read access to account, trade, payment and platform state, with personal data excluded. They resolve, not just respond. On escalation a person gets the summary, the sources and the actions taken. Anyone who asks for a human gets one.
  • Revenue operations on the existing CRM. After-hours lead response, KYC-stall detection, deposit-decline recovery, dormancy prediction and IB monitoring, on the CRM the firm already runs.
  • Trader-facing AI. Retention and upsell on the trader side of the business.
  • Back office, reconciliation and reporting. Ledger reconciliation and exception queues, with regulatory and board reporting prepared as drafts for human approval. Reconciliation owned by a system, not a person.
  • Exception investigation. An agent pulls both sides of a break, proposes the cause and the fix, and queues it for one-click approval. Includes entity and counterparty matching across systems.
  • Reporting control. Pre-submission reconciliation of regulatory and transaction reports against the firm's own records, daily rejection triage and repair drafts, and delegate-oversight evidence.
  • Data operations and compliance reporting. One layer reads every system, keeps one reconciled view and does the copying between systems.
  • Alert triage. A supervised first-line analyst for AML, sanctions, transaction-monitoring and surveillance queues. It assembles context, drafts the disposition and narrative, closes obvious noise under rules the compliance officer signs off, and escalates the rest with the evidence built.
  • Fund operations. Shadow-NAV and administrator oversight, investor services, capital calls and statements, and questionnaire drafting from the firm's own library.
  • Corporate actions and asset servicing. Reads and normalises event notices, matches them to holdings and tracks elections to deadline.
  • Treasury and collateral. One live view across PSPs, banks, wallets and venues, with funding forecasts, margin-call warning and transfers drafted for approval.
  • Market-data and execution observability. Multi-provider feeds with silence cascade, tick-quality monitoring, column-store analytics and dealer alerting around opens and releases.
  • Permissioned agent layer. Model Context Protocol (MCP) over platform, CRM and payment systems, with role-based access control, approval gates, revocation and audit.
  • Integration between systems. New integrations between a firm's trading engine and third-party engines, MetaTrader 5 Manager API integrations, dealer tooling and smart-execution dashboards.

Who inside the firm

The person who owns post-trade operations, meaning anyone outside trading itself:

  • Founder or owner
  • COO
  • Head of Operations
  • Head of Support
  • Back-office lead
  • Payments lead
  • Compliance-operations lead

In small firms one person signs. In larger firms a small group decides, and the compliance officer or MLRO and the CTO, CISO or third-party risk lead join when the decision needs them.

Problems we solve

  • Payouts run off a spreadsheet. Someone checks each one by hand, traders wait and tickets pile up. Fixed by payout and settlement automation.
  • Nobody can say why a withdrawal is held. Fixed by payout automation and support agents that act.
  • IBs and affiliates judge the firm on how fast they get paid. Opaque payouts make the best partners walk, and overpayments surface after the money has gone. Fixed by IB and affiliate commission runs.
  • Breaches get caught the morning after. One account skews the whole book before anyone sees it. Fixed by real-time rule and risk enforcement.
  • Abuse reviews are slow and every decision becomes a dispute. Fixed by behavioural risk with evidence packs.
  • Onboarding stalls silently. Revenue sits in the KYC queue and slow onboarding kills first deposits. Fixed by onboarding and KYC orchestration.
  • The system says one number and the bank says another. Fixed by reconciliation and reporting.
  • Books disagree between trade date and cash settlement. Someone fixes it by hand. Fixed by reconciliation and reporting.
  • The same counterparty is spelled three ways in three systems. Fixed by exception investigation with entity and counterparty matching.
  • Reconciliation belongs to one person. One resignation and the misses surface weeks late as real losses. Fixed by reconciliation owned by a system.
  • Support pastes generic replies because it cannot see the account. Fixed by support agents with live account access.
  • Alert queues grow faster than the firm can hire. Fixed by alert triage.
  • The regulator finds report errors before the firm does. Fixed by reporting control.
  • Faster settlement pushes work into evenings and weekends. Fixed by settlement and allocation cover.
  • The platform is bolted to a separate CRM, payments and risk tool. The data will not reconcile and every change needs a developer. Fixed by the permissioned agent layer and integration between systems.
  • Money moves across many PSPs, banks and wallets with no single view. Fixed by treasury and collateral.
  • NAV is outsourced but the firm stays accountable for it. Fixed by fund operations.
  • Corporate action notices arrive in every format. Elections are tracked by hand. Fixed by corporate actions and asset servicing.
  • Numbers are copied between systems to build reports. Fixed by data operations and compliance reporting.
  • Leads arrive after hours and go cold. Declined deposits and dormant accounts are noticed too late. Fixed by revenue operations on the existing CRM.

How it works

  • Runs on your stack. MetaTrader 5, cTrader, MatchTrader, DXtrade, your exchange stack, your CRM. No platform migration.
  • Draft for your approval. Anything that moves money is drafted and approved by a person.
  • Progressive trust. Agents start read-only, then write, then act.
  • Rules first. AI only where a rule cannot decide, even when rules cost more to build.
  • Human in the loop by design. Every escalation carries a defined handoff: the summary, the sources and the actions taken.
  • Everything audited. Every action is logged, hash-chained where money is involved.
  • One configuration surface. Client-specific business rules live in one place.
  • Your data, your hosting. Data residency and model hosting are first-class options, including self-hosted. Agents get least-privilege access.
  • Governed AI. Every AI component is versioned, evaluated and red-teamed.
  • Baseline first. We measure the operation before we change anything.
  • Reusable builds. Every build becomes a reusable asset.
  • Control and integration over speed. Every platform and system feeds one operations layer where decisions are made across the whole operation.
  • Built to fail safely. Fallback modes, human surge procedures, degraded-mode runbooks, feature flags and rollback ship with every build.
  • No lock-in. The logic is documented and handed over, and the firm can take it with it.

How it starts

  • Intro meeting. Explains our services. It carries no charge.
  • Diagnostic session. A short professional session. We look at the operation and show where the exceptions, delays and manual touches sit, in the firm's own numbers.
  • AI-Ops audit. Professional and sized to the firm's headcount and operations volume. Interviews at leadership and frontline level, a process map across every operating engine, each manual step screened and costed in the firm's own units, a validation session, a short report with an opportunity matrix, roadmap and baseline, a live review call, two options and a joint implementation plan before signature.
  • Build sprints. Built against an approved spec with milestone check-ins. The output is a working system, documentation, monitoring and the result measured against the baseline.
  • Run phase. A monthly retainer. We monitor quality, review escalations, tune rules, prompts and models, run evals, manage model cost, ship incremental automations, report against the baseline and re-audit every quarter.

Where to start depends on the firm. Withdrawals and payouts suit brokers and funded-account businesses. Alert triage suits crypto firms, neobrokers and clearing firms. Exception investigation suits clearing brokers, broker-dealers and funds. Onboarding stall recovery suits brokers, crypto firms and administrators. Allocation chasing suits funds and agency brokers. Administrator oversight suits small hedge funds.

What we do not do

  • Trading help, signals, strategies, market views or business plans
  • Trading bots or retail signal selling
  • Chatbots or content generation
  • Anything that replaces the dealing desk rather than arming it
  • Anything that needs a platform rip-out or migration
  • Work for banks and credit institutions
  • Retail consumer fintech, insurance, real estate or generic small-business work
  • Body-hire retainers

Who built it

Built by people who have run post-trade operations for platforms serving 150,000+ traders. We know where the work piles up because we did it by hand first.

The founder spent fifteen years in the industry: quant developer for hedge funds, then building the operations layer for brokers, exchanges and funds. Cogniticks exists because the same job kept recurring.
