Agentic solutions for
trading operations.

Questions from operations leaders.

What Cogniticks does, which firms and operations it covers, how an engagement starts, and how control, data and hand-over work.

What does Cogniticks do?

Cogniticks builds AI operations infrastructure for businesses behind financial markets trading. We unify the fragmented systems a firm already runs into one integrated layer of agentic resources, so manual work stops growing as the business grows.

What are agentic resources?

Agentic resources (AR) are agents that do operations work. They read from every system the firm already runs, act inside defined rules, and hand the decision to a person only where a rule cannot decide.

Which firms do you work with?

Brokers, exchanges, hedge funds, market makers, trading platforms and the firms that serve them. Any size, any market: FX, crypto, futures or equities, regulated or not. We work worldwide.

Do you work with crypto firms?

Yes. Crypto exchanges and brokers, crypto custodians, OTC desks and crypto market makers. Alert triage and onboarding stall recovery are common first workflows for crypto firms.

Do you work with hedge funds and asset managers?

Yes. Emerging, small, mid-size and large hedge funds, asset managers, fund administrators, transfer agents and custodians. Fund operations, exception investigation and allocation chasing are typical starting points.

Do you work with funded-account businesses?

Yes. Payouts and withdrawals are the usual first workflow, together with real-time rule enforcement and behavioural risk review.

Do you work with new firms that are about to launch?

Yes. A new firm can launch agentic from day one, alongside a turnkey partner.

Who inside the firm do you work with?

The person who owns post-trade operations. That is usually the founder, the COO, the Head of Operations, the Head of Support, the back-office lead, the payments lead or the compliance-operations lead. Compliance and technology leads join when the decision needs them.

Which operations do you cover?

Real-time rule and risk enforcement, payout and settlement automation, onboarding and KYC orchestration, support agents with live account access, revenue operations on the existing CRM, reconciliation and reporting, and permissioned agent layers over MetaTrader 5, exchange and CRM systems, with the integration between them.

What else can Cogniticks build?

Behavioural risk review, IB and affiliate commission runs, settlement and allocation cover, exception investigation, reporting control, data operations and compliance reporting, alert triage for AML, sanctions and surveillance queues, fund operations, corporate actions and asset servicing, treasury and collateral, market-data and execution observability, and trader-facing AI for retention and upsell.

How do you handle payouts and withdrawals?

Payouts run exactly once, after a behavioural screen, with a hash-chained proof-of-payment audit trail. Every payout is drafted for approval. Nothing that moves money runs without approval.

How do you handle IB and affiliate commissions?

Commission runs happen on schedule with pre-release checks and partner-facing statements. Overpayments are caught before the money goes out.

How does real-time risk enforcement work?

Each tick is evaluated against the firm's rule set, with pre-trade gating on MetaTrader 5. Breaches are caught when they happen, not the morning after.

How do you review trading abuse?

Behavioural risk flags patterns such as HFT abuse, martingale, grid, latency arbitrage, copy-trading rings and multi-account collusion. Each decision comes with an evidence pack the trader and the dispute body can both see.

How do you speed up onboarding and KYC?

Applications move through onboarding and KYC across the systems the firm already runs. Stalled applications are detected before revenue sits in the queue.

How do you handle reconciliation?

Ledger reconciliation and exception queues are owned by a system, not a person. An agent pulls both sides of a break, proposes the cause and the fix, and queues it for one-click approval.

How do you help with regulatory reporting?

Regulatory and transaction reports are reconciled against the firm's own records before submission. Rejections are triaged daily with repair drafts. Regulatory and board reports are prepared as drafts for human approval.

How do you help compliance teams with alerts?

Alert triage acts as a supervised first-line analyst for AML, sanctions, transaction-monitoring and surveillance queues. It builds the context, drafts the disposition and closes obvious noise under rules the compliance officer signs off. Everything else is escalated with the evidence built.

What do you do for fund operations?

Shadow-NAV and administrator oversight, investor services, capital calls and statements, and questionnaire drafting from the firm's own library. Corporate action notices are normalised, matched to holdings and tracked to deadline.

What do you do for treasury?

One live view across PSPs, banks, wallets and venues, with funding forecasts, margin-call warning and transfers drafted for approval.

Do we have to change our trading platform or CRM?

No. Cogniticks works on the systems the firm already runs, such as MetaTrader 5, cTrader, MatchTrader, DXtrade, an exchange stack or an existing CRM. We do not sell platform migrations.

Do you build integrations between systems?

Yes. New integrations between a firm's trading engine and third-party engines, MetaTrader 5 Manager API integrations, dealer tooling and smart-execution dashboards. Agents reach platform, CRM and payment systems through a permissioned Model Context Protocol (MCP) layer with role-based access, approval gates, revocation and audit.

How does an engagement start?

With an intro meeting to explain our services. Then a professional diagnostic session. Then a structured AI-Ops audit sized to the firm's headcount and operations volume. Then build sprints and ongoing management of what was built.

Can we talk before paying for anything?

Yes. An intro meeting to explain our services carries no charge. The diagnostic session and everything after it are professional services.

What is the diagnostic session?

A short professional session. We look at the operation and show where the exceptions, delays and manual touches sit, in the firm's own numbers.

What happens in the AI-Ops audit?

We interview leadership and frontline staff, map the process across every system, and measure the cost of each manual step in the firm's own numbers. The firm gets a short report with a roadmap, a baseline and two options, then a joint implementation plan before signature.

What do we get from a build sprint?

A working system built against an approved spec. Documentation, monitoring, and the result measured against the baseline.

What happens after the build?

We run it with you. We monitor quality, review escalations, tune rules and models, run evals and manage model cost. We report against the baseline and re-audit every quarter.

How do we know it worked?

We set a baseline before anything changes. Every result is reported against it, in the metrics the team already uses.

Does the AI make decisions on its own?

Rules decide wherever a rule can. AI is used only where a rule cannot decide. A person gets the decision where neither is enough. Anything that moves money is drafted for approval.

How does trust in the agents build up?

In stages. Agents start read-only, then write, then act. Autonomy is earned at thresholds the firm's team sets.

What happens when something needs a person?

The agent escalates with a defined handoff: the summary, the sources and the actions taken. The team only sees the cases that need judgement.

How do we see what the agents did?

Every action is logged, line by line. Where money is involved, the audit trail is hash-chained. Every AI component is versioned, evaluated and red-teamed.

What if an agent fails?

Every build ships with fallback modes, human surge procedures and degraded-mode runbooks. Changes go out behind feature flags with rollback.

Can our data stay in our own environment?

Data residency and model hosting are first-class options, including a self-hosted setup. Agents get least-privilege access.

Are we locked in once it is built?

No. The layer sits on your stack. Its logic is documented and handed over, and the firm can take it with it.

We plan to build this in-house. Why use Cogniticks?

Buying is less risky than building. We transfer the capability to your team, and you keep the logic. We bring the domain depth of people who have run these operations.

We tried outsourcing. Why is this different?

Outsourcing moves the work, not the accountability. A supervised, audited system is measured on every case. The responsibility stays with you, and so does the evidence.

Can a small firm work with you?

Yes. Any size works, including a small firm that makes money and needs more capacity. A shop with no operations to run is not a fit, because it needs trading help, which we do not sell.

Who built Cogniticks?

People who have run operations for platforms serving 150,000+ traders. The founder spent fifteen years in the industry, first as a quant developer for hedge funds, then building the operations layer for brokers, exchanges and funds.

Does Cogniticks offer trading signals or strategies?

No. Cogniticks supplies the operating machine, never the trading. We do not sell signals, strategies, market views, trading bots or business plans.

Do you build chatbots?

No. Support agents have live account access and resolve the request. When they escalate, a person gets the summary, sources and actions taken. Anyone who asks for a human gets one.

Do you work with banks?

No. Banks and credit institutions are outside our scope. So are retail consumer fintech, insurance, real estate and generic small-business work.
